This policy explains refunds for AI CEO products. It sits alongside our Terms.
Toolkits (Early / Scaled) - digital download
14-day money-back guarantee. If AI CEO OS isn't for you, email us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. As these are digital products you download immediately, we ask that you delete your copy once refunded.
60-Day Cohort
Before it starts: cancel at least 7 days before the start date for a full refund. After it begins: because places are limited and content is released live, fees are non-refundable once the cohort has started - but the Founder Guarantee applies: complete the programme and do the work, and if you don't have a launched, AI-run business by the end, we'll keep working with you until you do.
Done-With-You
Bespoke engagements are governed by your individual proposal/agreement. Any deposit becomes non-refundable once work begins.
AI CEO Network
When live, this is a monthly subscription you can cancel any time. We don't offer partial-month refunds.
How to request a refund
Email hello@aiceobypbi.com with your order details. We aim to process eligible refunds within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.
