3. Products and pricing
Prices are shown in GBP and do not include VAT at this time. Payment is handled securely by our providers (via Systeme.io and Stripe / PayPal). We may update prices, offers and availability at any time.
4. Licence
When you buy the toolkit (AI CEO OS), we grant you a personal, non-exclusive licence to use it to run your own business. You may not resell, redistribute or share it, except through an official AI CEO reseller arrangement.
5. Your responsibility & results
AI CEO provides tools and guidance. Results depend on your own effort and circumstances. We do not guarantee any specific income or outcome.
6. Intellectual property
All content, materials and the AI CEO OS remain the property of AI CEO or its licensors.
7. Disclaimers & liability
The service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and the courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
